Dogkid and Skua's parents may have gotten away safely with the wormhole closing behind them, but the battle after that lead to the HQ becoming seriously damaged. With Dogkid injured, and Thorn and his movement becoming stronger, the best EFF agents will have to figure something out... But, Flashwing has yet to leave through the wormhole to Skylands, so, perhaps, she could help out? But the EFF grows weaker when the rest of the Mane 6 go to Equestria to take care of a new villain, and Blu and his family unexpectedly leave the EFF temporarily to find the rest of their species about to get their home cut down...
