Lily Rose is the future daughter of Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose. She has a little brother named Manik Rose. She makes her debut in EFF Agents the movie 3- 25 years later, as a minor character. She joins the New EFF along with her family and her new friend, Ribibi.

She is shown to have a crush on Jacques D'Coolette, which is only implied in the Sonic's Story book.
