Ted is a humorous squirtle that likes to tell jokes and sometimes fight with Blitz to see who is better at telling jokes. He isn't as cheeky as Blitz, though. Ted was close to his father when they were still together. He taught Ted all about joke telling and puns. He gave him his green scarf when Ted had to go. He didn't want to leave, but he had to. Soon Ted met Des and her other friends, and became the joker of the group.
